Here's how i teach N the concepts of opposite...by using my good old puzzles of course! N knows the meaning of 'big, small, tall, short' etc. But i think he doesn't know them as opposite words nor the meaning of 'opposites'. So i made a point to tell him that the opposite of 'big' is 'small' as he matches the puzzles together. After he completed the puzzles, he exclaimed ' OPPOSITES!' :)
